- Tournament System
- Swiss to 9 rounds being permitted 3 byes. The byes should be requested in the beginning of the tournament and are not permitted to the last two rounds .
- Timing of the game
- 1h. 30 min + 30 sec/move
- Hourly
- Nine rounds, from 28th December to 4 January 2007 (with double round on Saturday)
- Ratings and norms
- Valid for FIDE, FEDA and FCDE rating and also for GM and MI norms
- Technical regulations
- will be presented before tournament begins.
- Rules observation
- With his registration every player must promise to observe the rules of the tournament.

Note:All Claims to be presented to the appeal commitee should be written and handed to the Tournament Director ot later than one hour after the occurrence of the incident subject of the claim. A deposit of 50 EUR is also be required, and will be returned in case of a successful claim.
